TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Introduction  

 

These Terms and Conditions establish the contractual agreement between Aperta Events Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 15071778, whose registered office is located at 28 Edmondsham Road, Verwood, England, BH31 7PB (referred to as "Aperta Events," "Us," "We," or "Our"), and the Customer, as detailed in the booking confirmation (referred to as You" or "Your").  

 

These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of our services, so it is important that you read and understand them. By using our services, you also agree to adhere to our Privacy Policy and any applicable event policies.  

 

Upon placing your booking with us, we will either confirm or reject your booking. If confirmed, we will provide you with an acceptance of the booking, which includes a Booking Confirmation detailing the essential provisions of the services you have requested.  

 

The Booking Confirmation and these Terms and Conditions constitute the Agreement between us, which governs the provision of our services and your use of them.  

 

The agreement includes several key provisions, including but not limited to the following:  

 

- Description of Services: We will detail the services we provide in the Booking Confirmation.  

- Your Right to Cancel: You may cancel your booking within fourteen (14) days of receiving the Booking Confirmation, subject to the conditions outlined in Clause 5.  

- Minimum Commitment: Unless you cancel within the cooling-off period, you agree to adhere to the terms specified in the Booking Confirmation. Early cancellation may result in fees, as detailed in Clause 10.  

- Changes to Services and Agreement: We may modify the services and the agreement as needed. If changes materially impact you, we will provide notice, and you may cancel the agreement in line with Clause 10.5(b).  

 

 

2. Defined Terms  

 

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words have the meanings ascribed to them:  

 

- "Agreement" – The contract between you and Aperta Events, including the Booking Confirmation and these Terms and Conditions.  

- "Booking Confirmation" – The confirmation provided by us, detailing your event participation, relevant fees, and terms.  

- "Charges" – The fees payable for the services, including any additional costs or cancellation fees.  

- "Customer" – The individual or entity making a booking with Aperta Events.  

- "Event" – Any event, show, or experience organised by Aperta Events.  

- "Minimum Commitment" – The agreed-upon period in which you commit to our services, as set out in the Booking Confirmation.  

- "Privacy Policy" – Our policy on how we collect and use your data, available on our website.  

- "Services" – The event-related services we provide, as detailed in the Booking Confirmation.  

- "We," "Us," or "Our" – Aperta Events Ltd.  

- "You" or "Your" – The individual or entity making the booking.  

 

 

3. Our Services  

 

3.1 Aperta Events organises exclusive automotive events, including but not limited to supercar shows, private club meets, corporate experiences, and public exhibitions.  

 

3.2 The Agreement commences upon our delivery of the Booking Confirmation to you.  

 

3.3 The Agreement consists of:  

- Booking Confirmation  

- Terms and Conditions 

- Privacy Policy 

- Any applicable event-specific policies 

 

 

4. Booking Process  

 

4.1 You may place an order for our services through our website, via email, or by direct correspondence.  

 

4.2 By placing an order, you confirm that:  

- You are at least 18 years old.  

- You have the necessary authority to enter into the Agreement.  

- The information you provide is accurate and up to date.  

- You will comply with the event policies and any venue-specific regulations.  

 

4.3 Your order is accepted once we issue the Booking Confirmation.  

 

 

5. 14-Day Cooling-Off Period  

 

5.1 You have the right to cancel your booking within fourteen (14) days of receiving the Booking Confirmation, subject to the following conditions:  

 

5.2 To cancel, you must submit your request in writing to tickets@apertaevents.co.uk.  

 

5.3 If the event takes place within the 14-day cooling-off period and you have already used the service, a proportionate charge will apply.  

 

5.4 Any applicable cancellation fees are outlined in Clause 1.

6. Changes to Your Booking  

 

6.1 If you wish to modify your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. We will inform you if the requested changes are possible and whether they incur additional fees.  

 

 

## 7. Use of Services  

 

7.1 You agree not to:  

- Engage in illegal, abusive, or disruptive behaviour at our events.  

- Misuse event facilities or equipment.  

- Bring unauthorised vehicles, guests, or equipment to an event.  

- Breach any health and safety regulations applicable to the event.  

 

7.2 We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove you from an event if you fail to comply with these terms.  

 

 

8. Event Delivery  

 

8.1 While we endeavour to provide events as described, circumstances beyond our control may necessitate modifications. If significant changes occur, we will notify you and offer alternatives where possible.  

 

8.2 We are not liable for events cancelled due to force majeure, including but not limited to extreme weather, government restrictions, or unforeseen venue closures.  

 

 

9. Payments and Charges  

 

9.1 Payment terms will be specified in the Booking Confirmation.  

 

9.2 If you fail to make payment by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking without refund.  

 

9.3 Additional charges may apply for:  

- Last-minute booking changes.  

- Damage to event property caused by you or your guests.  

 

 

10. Cancellations and Refunds  

 

10.1 If you cancel your booking after the 14-day cooling-off period, the following charges apply:

| More than 60 days | 100% refund |  

| 30-59 days | 50% refund |  

| Less than 30 days | No refund |  

 

10.2 Refunds are processed within 14 working days.  

 

10.3 We reserve the right to cancel an event for unforeseen reasons. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or reschedule where possible.  

 

 

11. Liability  

 

11.1 We are not liable for:

- Personal injury or loss of property unless due to our negligence.  

- Financial loss resulting from event changes or cancellations.  

- Vehicle damage sustained at events even if caused by our direct negligence.

 

11.2 You are responsible for ensuring your vehicle is roadworthy and insured when attending our events.  

 

 

12. Data Protection  

 

12.1 We will process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.  

 

12.2 By attending our events, you consent to photography and videography being used for promotional purposes.  

 

 

13. Governing Law  

 

13.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.  

 

13.2 Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
